As Stonebridge’s Administrative Coordinator, Aimie Marsh brings years of multi-faceted experience and business acumen to her role. Working directly with the Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations & Operations teams, she helps develop and implement optimal proposal management processes. An avid member of the Denver team, Aimie’s responsibilities are centered on helping effectively streamline projects and actively assisting in client relationship building. By providing extensive support to all of Stonebridge, she further helps enhance our firm’s operational efficiency.
Aimie’s experience as an Administrative Coordinator began with her previous years working for a large-project manufacturing and distribution company. A key part of her role was centered around project management, ensuring maximum efficiency, and adhering to outlined goals; her responsibilities included processing major order with correct materials, effective budget planning, and maintaining successfully complete jobsites. Moreover, Aimie has over 18 years of experience in solely owning and operating a small business. Alongside active budget planning to assure yearly profit, within this position Aimie served over 75 clients! That said, not only did she further grow her management responsibilities, but she likewise expanded her client service capabilities.
Aimie’s passion and drive extends beyond her professional scope. An active member of the community, one area she holds near and dear to her heart is the early diagnosis and intervention for autism. For 20 years, she has been volunteering with multiple organizations, including Autism Speaks and Child Find, whose mission is to provide therapy for families who are unable to afford autism treatment.
Outside of work, Aimie loves spending time with her 4 children and the rest of her family. Together, they enjoy spending time in Boulder and attending various arts and theatre events, including visiting museums and seeing immersive and interactive art exhibits.
