As one of Stonebridge’s founders, Mr. Kincade is an owner and Board member and serves as the Chief Executive Officer overseeing the status of the firm’s operations, expansion, financial structure, and long-term growth. Working with the Board of Directors and alongside the Executive Team, Robert directs Stonebridge in meeting its established company objectives and firm goals, ensuring that its mission, vision, and core values remain sound.

With over 40 years of industry experience, Robert brings a wealth of expertise in portfolio management, leading investment teams, and directing investment strategies of over $2 billion in AUM. Beyond the scope of firm management, Mr. Kincade is also on the Marketing Team with whom he avidly works to promote Stonebridge as the reputable SEC-Registered Investment Advisor firm it is and has been since first opening its door in 1997.

Before helping open Stonebridge’s doors, Robert had extensive professional experience in leadership positions. His career first began with Northwestern Savings Bank & Trust where he served in two noteworthy roles. As the Senior Trust Officer, he led the team that established the first, full-service trust and investment department in the country! Simultaneously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer where he managed equity and fixed-income portfolios for individual and institutional trust clients. Afterward, Robert served as Regional Vice President of American Express Financial Services (formerly IDS Institutional Retirement Services) where he was responsible for sales operations, marketing management, and stable capital product development. Following this, he served as the Vice President at Insight Investment, a division of Dain Rauscher, where he played an instrumental role in the development of cash and fixed-income pooled investment funds for public investors and cash management programs for institutions. Finally, right before Stonebridge, Robert served as a partner and managing director at Whitecliff Capital Partners – a private investment firm focused on acquiring small to mid-market companies.

Mr. Kincade received his bachelor’s degree from the business school of Central Michigan University. Currently, he is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota and actively volunteers in the community through Stonebridge’s Community Partnership Program. Outside of the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling.

As a founder, board member, and owner of Stonebridge Capital Advisors, Ms. Heidi Hukriede serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and as a portfolio manager. In these positions, she is on the Stonebridge Executive Management Team and is responsible for managing investment portfolios for institutions and high-net-worth individuals. She also serves as a member of the Stonebridge Investment Review Committee and Compliance Committee.

Heidi brings over 30 years of diverse experience in managing portfolios and leading investment management teams using an active management approach focused on delivering personalized client services and developing lasting relationships with clients. Before founding Stonebridge in 1997, Ms. Hukriede was with Norwest Investment Management (Wells Fargo), where she served in several investment positions during her 11 years with the company.

Ms. Hukriede is a CFA® charterholder and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Olaf College. She is active in and has served on the boards of the Minnesota Society of Municipal Analysts (MSMA) and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA). Heidi is also a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Minnesota, and the MN Financial Planning Association.

Ms. Hukriede is actively involved in supporting her community. She has served on her Church Council and supports other local charities, including Nexus Family Healing, Keystone, and Goodwill Easter Seals. When Heidi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, skiing, and enjoying the northern Minnesota summers at the cabin.

Mr. Hume is an owner and Board member of Stonebridge, serving as the Executive Vice President in charge of the firms team development, expansion, and growth – both professional and personal. Additionally Ron is a Portfolio Manager for both fixed-income and equity strategies, on behalf of institutions and high-net-worth individuals, and serves as a member of the Stonebridge Investment Review Committee and Research Committee.

Ron delivers over 50 years of tenured experience in establishing organizations, managing portfolios, and leading both sales and investment management teams with a focus on delivering personalized client services and developing lasting relationships with clients.

Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2007, Mr. Hume spent 18 years with Dougherty & Company a full-service investment banking and brokerage firm, serving as Executive Vice President, Principal, Shareholder, and Board Member. His responsibilities included leading institutional and retail sales, tax-exempt bond trading, and risk management as well as managing client investment portfolios. Prior to that, Ron founded the investment firm Marcotte Hume & Associates in 1983 with offices in Minneapolis and Naples, FL. The firm was purchased by Dougherty & Company in 1989.

Mr. Hume spent two years at St. Cloud State College before being called into active military duty with the Army Reserves in 1968 during the Vietnam War. Upon his return, he joined Eastman Dillion Union Securities in its operations department where he began his investment career. He is a Registered Investment Advisor and previously held multiple industry licenses including General Securities Principal, Municipal Securities Principal, General Securities Representative, and state licenses for Uniform Securities Agent and Uniform Investment Advisor. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Twin City Bond Club, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the Minnesota Society of Municipal Analysts.

Outside of the office Ron enjoys spending time with his wife Lori, family and friends. He enjoys many outdoor activities including golfing, fishing and spending down time at the family lake cabin.

Mr. Schonberg is an owner of Stonebridge and serves as the Chief Investment Officer, overseeing the firm’s investment activities and directing the portfolio management teams and committees. He is one of the Portfolio Managers in charge of institutional and high-net-worth individual investment strategies and is the lead Portfolio Manager of the firm’s covered call strategy.

With over 35 years of industry experience, John brings a wealth of expertise in research, portfolio management, leading investment teams, and directing investment strategies on over 2 billion in AUM.

Before joining Stonebridge in 2013, Mr. Schonberg was the Head of Equities and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Columbia Management. During that time, he created and brought the Columbia Premium Technology Fund to market – a closed-end equity fund with an option overlay strategy. His work resulted in a patent on rules-based risk management. Prior to this, John had experience with two other financial firms. As a Senior Portfolio Manager with Ameriprise Financial, he managed large capitalization growth portfolios and hedge funds for institutions; at Piper Capital Management, he served as a Senior Equity Portfolio Manager, managing funds for individuals, institutions, and mutual fund clients.

Mr. Schonberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1987 and completed the Chartered Financial Analyst ® program in 1990. He is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Minnesota and sits on the board of directors for Goodwill-Easter Seals of Minnesota Foundation. In addition to serving his community, John enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing a good round of golf.

Ms. Wessel serves as Chief Administrative Officer where she provides input for business and strategic planning, manages Human Resources business functions, oversees administrative operations, and collaborates with colleagues to implement policies and develop improvements. As Director of Advisory Relationships, Ms. Wessel is responsible for cultivating high-quality relationships with broker-dealers and individual advisors in establishing business contracts and assisting with regulatory compliance. She works closely with the Client Relations, Business Development and Marketing team members where she provides support and communication to new and existing advisors. Lory is also a member of the Senior Management Team at Stonebridge and serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2011, Lory dedicated over 20 years to holding various volunteer committees, projects, and leadership positions. She volunteered her time with schools, churches, and community organizations in areas of finance, human resources, educational programs and special events.

Ms. Wessel received her Associate of Arts Degree from Harper College in 1989. Lory has served on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota as the Membership Committee Director, is an active member of the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Society of Human Resource Management. Before joining Stonebridge, Lory spent years volunteering her time championing child development, supporting school literacy programs, planning personal and corporate events. She continues to actively volunteer in the community at the Easter Lutheran Church ELCA serving as a Children’s Choir Accompanist and a Handbell Ringer and is a member of the Minnesota Valley Women’s Chorale.

When not in the office, what she enjoys most is spending time with her family, playing volleyball, gardening, and music.

Dr. Daniel, as the Chief Economist, is responsible for monitoring and analyzing economic data and deriving an economic forecast. His findings are delivered in a quarterly report entitled The Stonebridge Economic Outlook. Additionally, he participates with the Equity and Fixed Income teams in developing investment strategies and asset allocation models.

Dr. Daniel delivers over half a century of economic expertise and has held several positions with prominent organizations, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Congressional Budget Office, IDS/American Express, and Ameriprise Financial. Academia has been a focal point for Dan, holding the position of adjunct associate professor or visiting associate professor at several distinguished universities over his career.

Dr. Daniel has had research papers published in professional journals, written numerous working papers and briefing documents for the Federal Reserve, and authored monthly economic forecasts, daily commentaries, and numerous special reports at IDS/American Express and Ameriprise Financial. Dan has also been the keynote economic speaker at multiple conferences and participated on various panels, including the panel of economic forecasters for the Wall Street Journal. Dr. Laufenberg holds a doctorate in economics with a minor in statistics from Iowa State University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Dashner is Michael is both Director of Equity and Portfolio Manager for Stonebridge. As Director of Equity, he is responsible for trading, analysis, allocation, and management of the firm’s equity strategies. As a portfolio manager, he works directly with clients and advisors to establish customized investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients. Michael is one of the Portfolio Managers of the covered call strategy.

Before joining the Equity Team, he was head of fixed-income trading at Stonebridge Capital Advisors where he was in charge of fulfilling investment objectives for high-net-worth individuals and institutions and achieving best prices for each trade. Michael began his career with Stonebridge in 2007 as a Trader. Michael is also involved with the Covered Bridge Fund.

Michael earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics and his MBA from the University of South Dakota. Michael also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA) Program and is a member of the CFA Society of Minnesota along with the Minnesota Society of Municipal Analysts. When he’s not in the office, Michael also enjoys fishing, kayaking and exploring the outdoors.

Jon is an owner of Stonebridge, a Portfolio Manager, and serves as the Director of Fixed Income. He is responsible for leading the taxable and tax-exempt fixed-income team where he oversees credit analysis, trading, and portfolio management. Jon is a member of the Stonebridge Investment Review Committee and Research Committee.

Jon received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota in 1999. Prior to starting at Stonebridge, Jon worked as a Equity Trading Associate at American Express Financial Advisors where he executed equity, bond and options trades within the managed accounts program from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006 he was a Registered Sales Assistant with Dougherty & Company. As a Registered Sales Assistant, he worked with the institutional sales group covering new issuance and secondary distributions of fixed income securities.

Jon is an active member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and previously served on the board of the Minnesota Society of Municipal Analysts. When he is not in the office, Jon also enjoys spending time in the outdoors, playing hockey and running.

Mr. Roorda is Director of Research and Portfolio Manager for Stonebridge who brings over 40 years of industry experience. As Director of Research on the Equity team, he plays an integral role analyzing all sectors in the S&P 500 with a specific focus in the consumer discretionary sector. As an Equity Portfolio Manager, he works with clients to develop solutions to meet their individual goals. Steve is also a lead member of the Stonebridge Investment Review Committee and a member of the Research Committee.

Prior to joining Stonebridge, Mr. Roorda held a Senior Analyst role at Ameriprise Financial Services where he was a member of the Value and Income Team and was responsible for global consumer discretionary research and emerging markets research, in addition to providing portfolio management recommendations. Prior to Ameriprise, Steve held an Equity Research Analyst position at T. Rowe Price. Previous to that, he was an Equity Analyst with Omega Advisors, a large New York based hedge fund and before that, he was an Investment Advisor at First Kentucky Company. He began his career in the investment industry as a Special Situation Analyst at Stifel Financial.

Mr. Roorda received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. Since entering the industry in 1981, he has been awarded six Lipper Awards for distinguished performance over three- and five-year durations for advisors and clients.

Steve supports his local community through involvement with Belfair Charities. When he’s not in the office, Steve enjoys time with his family, golfing and taking part in other outdoor activities.

As Director of Analytics, Ms. Jadhav provides support to the investment team through research, analysis, and strategy implementation. As a Portfolio Manager Gauri develops customized strategies for both institutional and high net worth clients. She is also a member of the Equity Team, Fixed Income Team, RFP Development Team and the Research Committee.

Gauri is responsible for developing our internal proprietary investment management software program.

Gauri is a CFA ® charterholder with industry experience dating back to 2009. Before joining Stonebridge in 2017, she worked at Galliard Capital Management as an Analytical Consultant for Marketing and Sales and prior served as the Associate Director of Quantitative Analysis. Her background includes serving as the liaison between Investments and Marketing as well as supporting the fixed- income investment team with quantitative analyses.

Ms. Jadhav received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. She also completed her MBA with an emphasis in Finance through the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Gauri challenges herself from a professional perspective while continuing to be actively involved in the community. She was named one of the 2020 Rising Young Professionals by Finance & Commerce, was named a member of the 2022 class of 40 under 40 by Investment News, and volunteered as a teacher in Timor Leste. When she is not working or volunteering, she likes to travel and study foreign languages.

Brent Mellum joins Stonebridge with over 30 years of experience delivering client results through constructing and managing portfolios and security analysis. As a portfolio manager, Brent works directly with our clients to provide full-service portfolio management – from developing goals and investment objectives to day-to-day portfolio activities. He is a trusted advisor who values relationships and opportunities for partnership.

Mr. Mellum earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and his MBA at the Univerisity of Texas at Dallas. Brent is a CFA ® charterholder and is an active member of CFA Society of Minnesota and CFA Institute.

Outside of the office, Brent’s hobbies include playing guitar and golf, managing home improvement projects, and maintaining an active lifestyle. He enjoys spending time with family, especially trips to their cabin in northern Wisconsin. He also volunteers to support his kids’ school and sports activities.

Mr. Eckenrode is a founder of the Stonebridge Michigan office. He serves as an Equity portfolio manager and is responsible for research, analysis and equity portfolio management. He is also the head of the portfolio management team and a member of Investment Review Committee

David bring over 40 years of expertise in managing the personal wealth of high net worth individuals and he has extensive experience in managing pension and profit sharing plans, public endowment funds, and both private and public foundation assets.

Prior to founding the Stonebridge Michigan office in 2003, Mr. Eckenrode was a Portfolio Manager for RWB Capital Management where he was responsible for equity and fixed income management. Prior to RWB, David served as a Senior Trust Officer, head of the trust department and the bank’s chief investment officer for Northwestern Bank & Trust. Before joining Northwestern, David had a ten-year career as a registered representative for both E.F. Hutton and Merrill Lynch where he was instrumental in selling EF Hutton’s largest Corporate Financial Planning case that ultimately led to the present-day Unisys Corporation.

Mr. Eckenrode received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History and a minor in Education and Psychology from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Advanced Administration of Trusts and Estates.

David served as a past president for the local chapter of the American Cancer Society. When he is not in the office, you can find him on the golf course or on a local lake boating.

Ryan Medhaug joined Stonebridge with six years of experience in the financial services industry, delivering client results through constructing and managing portfolios and conducting security analysis. As the Co-Head of the Growth Strategy, Ryan oversees the portfolio management and research process of the firm’s equity Growth Strategy. As a portfolio manager, he works directly with both institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing full-service portfolio management with customized investment portfolios that align with clients’ goals and objectives.

Ryan joined the firm in 2019 after completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of New Mexico. Ryan earned his Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA) designation in 2022.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, reading, and helping out on his family farm in rural South Dakota.

Mitchell is responsible for supporting the Portfolio Management team through client data management. He works with each Portfolio Manager to assess client goals, objectives, asset allocations, and weightings. He also supports the regional and portfolio managers as they build relationships with new clients and advisors. Beyond his duties as Assistant Portfolio Manager, Mitchell oversees the firm’s cyber security and technology, collaborating with the firm’s third-party vendors to enhance the quality of technology and security.

Mitchell has been in the investment management industry since 2015. Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2017, Mitchell was a Client Relationship Manager and Financial Counselor with Park Nicollet Health Services where he worked with patients to resolve financial inquiries and problems, as well as assisting in health insurance claims and coverage.

Mr. Cornelsen received his Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University – St. Paul. Mitchell is an active member of the Minnesota Financial Planning Association and volunteers with the Nokomis/Minnehaha Parks Community. Outside of the office, Mitchell enjoys competing in triathlons, outdoor activities, camping, and spending time with his wife and dogs.

Ms. Joyce is the Senior Equity Trader, responsible for executing trades for Stonebridge and coordinating with the portfolio management team and the custodian on trade completion. She is also a member of the Equity Research Team, Client Service Team, and RFP Due Diligence Team.

Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2014 as an intern, Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She also holds her Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Jessica is an active member in the community with participation in volunteer activities at the Ronald McDonald House and Children’s Hospital. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at the family cabin, taking her dog on adventures, and playing bingo on the weekends.

Mr. Watson is the National Director, a member of the Marketing Team, and a Southwest Regional Sales Team Lead. He is responsible for relationship management in the Southwest region of the country, partnering with high net worth clients, institutions, family offices and advisors to develop customized investment strategies.

Derrick has been in the investment management industry since 2005. Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2015, he was a Regional Sales Consultant for Oppenheimer Funds where he served RIAs, wire house and independent advisors advising on practice management and investment selection. Previous to that, he was as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. Derrick is also a founder and partner of Bason Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm, where he evaluates risk, return on investment, negotiate opportunities and creates the marketing plan.

Mr. Watson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Regis University and holds his Series 7 and 63 Licenses. He is a Founder and former Director of the Colorado Lungs4life non-profit association and is an active member of the Financial Planners Association. When he is not hard at work helping to build the reputation and visibility of Stonebridge in the Denver, Colorado area, Derrick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and taking part in outdoor activities including golfing, hiking and volunteering with local charities.

Mr. Brimm brings over 28 years of industry experience in managing high-net-worth individuals’ financial, retirement, and estate plans. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Jeff served as the President of JB Financial – a financial planning firm specializing in retirement strategies, Medicare products, and long-term care. Having also founded the firm in 1998, his expertise allowed him to develop and provide unique solutions for his clients.

At Stonebridge, Jeff serves as a Regional Director and member of the Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations Teams. He is responsible for relationship management and business development of the firm’s services to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and advisors; Jeff also holds his Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65 Licenses.

Jeff is an active community member participating with Middle Tennessee Financial Planners Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

As Regional Director, Patrick works with advisors, institutions, and individuals to create personalized, long-term investment strategies. Specializing in nonprofit investment management, he helps organizations to develop sustainable, values-based investment policies and strategies.

Patrick is a member of the St. Paul Chamber of Commerce and the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota. He is an active committee member with several local nonprofits, including Nexus Family Healing, Minnesota Keystone Program, and Black Men Teach. He is also a governing member and committee member of the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra. Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys traveling with his family, as well as playing and refereeing soccer; he is also an active outdoorsman, spending time mountain biking and hiking.

Brett graduated from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business in 2012 with a BSBA in Finance. Brett received his Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® in 2019 and serves the role of Senior Wealth Advisor for Stonebridge Capital Advisors. His goal is to create a solid foundation for his client’s financial plans by empowering them to align their financial goals with their most important priorities.

Outside of Stonebridge Capital Advisors Brett services his community as president of the Mile High Club of Denver established in 1902, board member of the Glendorn Foundation established in 1953, and is an active member with a Morgan Adams Foundation seeking a cure for pediatric cancer. Brett grew up in Colorado and lives there today with his wife, young son, and dog. In his free time, he enjoys his passion for cars, drag racing, tennis, and the occasional round of golf.

As a dedicated, marketing professional and young woman in business, Ms. Yavela serves as Marketing Manager for Stonebridge. Bringing over seven years of marketing field experience and expertise, Katherina is responsible for overseeing the firm’s entire marketing department and leading the its marketing strategy, enhancing its brand, and orchestrating omni-channel marketing campaigns. To further drive the value of marketing, she regularly conducts extensive market research and actively monitors market and industry trends to scale content creation abilities and pursue various promotional opportunities for the firm.

Working with multiple teams, including Executive Leadership, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Relationship Management, Katherina applies a customer-centric approach to our firm’s marketing to authentically tell the Stonebridge story and build brand awareness. She is also an active member of the American Marketing Association and the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota.

Having joined the firm in 2022, Katherina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, with a minor in French, from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul in 2016. Currently, she is pursuing her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Designation, in an effort to attain a Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) Designation within the coming years, before she turns 30.

Alongside her linguistic capabilities – trilingual in Russian, French, and English, with a goal to learn Italian (also before she turns 30) – Katherina is passionate about growing and giving back to her community; this includes efforts that involve animal welfare, poverty and malnourishment alleviation, arts and culture, and education. She supports a variety of nonprofit organizations, such as Nexus Family Healing, Small Sums, Secondhand Hounds, the Museum of Russian Art, and Open Arms of Minnesota – with whom she also serves as a member of its Moveable Feast Committee.

Outside of the office, Katherina enjoys spending time with friends and her rescue pup, Louie Butters, going to the opera and stand-up comedy shows, and playing tennis and the occasional round of golf.

As the Chief Compliance Officer at Stonebridge Capital Advisors, Cathi Schmidt plays a pivotal role in nurturing and upholding an environment of ethical compliance within the firm. With a career spanning more than 30 years in investment management and financial services, Cathi brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role.

Cathi’s primary responsibility lies in ensuring that Stonebridge not only meets but exceeds compliance program regulations, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to ethical and professional conduct standards. Her areas of expertise encompass investment advisor compliance, staying abreast of current regulatory issues, and identifying trends in investment management.

Cathi earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in 1992. Cathi’s dedication to professional excellence is underscored by her attainment of the NRS Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) designation. This credential signifies her advanced knowledge of investment advisor regulation and compliance best practices, as well as her unwavering commitment to upholding nationally recognized professional standards and ethical leadership.

Outside of the office, she finds joy in supporting local initiatives such as the Saint Paul Farmers’ Market. Vani is the Systems & Analytics Manager here at Stonebridge. With over 15 years of experience, she’s a key member of the Data Analytics team, and is responsible for enhancing the firm’s operational efficiency through daily data processing and improving data integrations and workflows. Working closely with the portfolio management team, Vani manages the internal analytics processes, enhances the technology infrastructure, and supports and upgrades the proprietary portfolio management and trading system.

Vani has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. She is an expert in data analytics & integrations, process improvement, and financial & business analytics. She is exceptionally skilled in database operations, ETL, and programming, with extensive experience in Azure, SQL, and Ruby.

Outside of the office, Vani enjoys reading, traveling, theater, and crafting. She has volunteered with multiple coding workshops to improve diversity in the computer science community and to teach coding to kids.

With a career that commenced in 2007, Allyse possesses a robust background in the financial services industry, characterized by her unwavering dedication to putting clients first.

Before joining Stonebridge in 2014, Allyse honed her skills in customer service and personal banking roles at esteemed institutions such as Bell State Bank & Trust and Flagship Bank Minnesota. Her diverse experiences equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of client needs and effective relationship-building strategies.

Allyse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the Minnesota School of Business, underscoring her commitment to professional growth and excellence.

As a Client Relations Specialist, Rachel is responsible for assisting the portfolio management team, advisor partners, and clients with any account maintenance and money movement needs. She works directly with operations, custodians, and advisory partners to provide ongoing support for current client requests and new client onboarding processes. As a diligent member of the Client Relations team, Rachel is responsible for enhancing the experience of our Stonebridge clients. Working with all teams firm-wide, she focuses on managing the new client onboarding process, money movement, and account maintenance. Additionally, as a Client Relations Specialist, Rachel provides ongoing support to building client and prospect relationships, further developing and improving her team’s process.

Prior to starting her career at Stonebridge in 2019, Rachel managed five different clinics for Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. over a four year period. This experience equipped her to have an understanding the need for a strong customer service and attention to detail.

Rachel obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2015.

Rachel spends her time outside of the office trying new restaurants, playing intramural soccer, and traveling to new places.

As a Client Relations Specialist at Stonebridge, Teresa brings over 20 years of combined experience and a wealth of expertise across two vastly different fields – nonprofit and financial services, which have become the foundation for her professional and passionate career. As a diligent member of the Client Relations & Operations team, Teresa is responsible for enhancing the experience of our Stonebridge clients. Working with all teams firm-wide, she focuses on managing the new client onboarding process, money movement, and account maintenance. Additionally, as a Client Relations Specialist, Teresa provides ongoing support to building client and prospect relationships, further developing and improving her team’s process.

Prior to joining the Stonebridge team, Teresa was a Registered Sales Assistant and Commercial Loan Specialist at a Midwest full-service broker-dealer. During her 13 years working in the financial services industry, Teresa obtained her Series 7 & 63 licenses. From here, Teresa grew her career and expanded her capabilities during her time serving as the Parish Administrator of a midsize church. Teresa obtained her Certificate in Church Management from Villanova University in 2023. She managed the day-to-day operations of the parish and efficiently directed its staff. While there are significant contrasts between these two sectors, the common thread in Teresa’s career has been her role in which she delivers strong customer service with attention to detail and extensive support.

Outside of Stonebridge, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, reading, baking, and gardening, and loves visiting the beautiful North Shore by Lake Superior in Minnesota.

Ms. Terkoski is one of Stonebridge’s Administrator Coordinators and member of the Administrative Services Team where she helps carry out the duties of marketing assistant, client onboarding, and CRM Initiatives. Additionally, she works with all teams and committees across the firm to administer office management and internal communication.

Michelle brings over 35 years of experience with managing office operations and serving clients through roles including office management, human resources, reception, and event planning. Prior to joining Stonebridge in 2018, she was a Manager with Molitor & Associates, Inc., an Office Manager at AdvaCare Clinics, served as Treasurer for the Bloomington Athletic Association and was a Manager with Advanced Chiropractic.

Ms. Terkoski received her Medical Assistant Certificate from the Minnesota Institute of Medical & Dental Careers. She has spent a large amount of her time with philanthropic contributions including assisting in the creation of ChiroServ America where she trained doctors and assistants on office procedures. She also dedicated four years to serving as treasurer with Kennedy Kolleens where she was involved in fundraising and creating a surplus of funds for future Kolleens. Michelle currently actively volunteers with Open Arms of MN, Small Sums and Goodwill Easter Seals Power of Work.

When she is not volunteering or working, she likes to study photography, go antiquing, genealogy, take part in crafting and scrapbooking as well as spending time with family.

As one of Stonebridge’s Administrative Coordinators, Aimie Marsh brings years of multi-faceted experience and business acumen to her role. Working directly with the Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations & Operations teams, she helps develop and implement optimal proposal management processes. An avid member of the Denver team, Aimie’s responsibilities are centered on helping effectively streamline projects and actively assisting in client relationship building. By providing extensive support to all of Stonebridge’s sales team, and she further helps enhance our firm’s operational efficiency.

Aimie’s experience as an Administrative Coordinator began with her previous years working for a large-project manufacturing and distribution company. A key part of her role was centered around project management, ensuring maximum efficiency, and adhering to outlined goals; her responsibilities included processing major order with correct materials, effective budget planning, and maintaining successfully complete jobsites. Moreover, Aimie has over 18 years of experience in solely owning and operating a small business. Alongside active budget planning to assure yearly profit, within this position Aimie served over 75 clients! That said, not only did she further grow her management responsibilities, but she likewise expanded her client service capabilities.

Aimie’s passion and drive extends beyond her professional scope. An active member of the community, one area she holds near and dear to her heart is the early diagnosis and intervention for autism. For 20 years, she has been volunteering with multiple organizations, including Autism Speaks and Child Find, whose mission is to provide therapy for families who are unable to afford autism treatment.

Outside of work, Aimie loves spending time with her 4 children and the rest of her family. Together, they enjoy spending time in Boulder and attending various arts and theatre events, including visiting museums and seeing immersive and interactive art exhibits.

As the Office Administrator Pam serves as Stonebridge’s first point of contact when you call or walk through our St. Paul office doors. As a member of the Administrative Services Team, she uses her experience in client service, event planning and office management to support Human Resources and multiple other teams across Stonebridge. Pam’s skills add depth to our ability to improve operational efficiencies and enhance our clients’ experience.

Pam earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Dakota. Prior to starting with Stonebridge she was a MN Franchise Operator for ten years with Rusty Taco. Most recently she was the Catering and Concessions Manager for Flik Hospitality at the MN Vikings Training Facility and Costco as a Membership Clerk. She was also the Touring Director for St. Paul Harley Davidson and the Rathskeller Manager and Human Resources for Summit Brewing.

In her free time, Pam enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys running, skiing, cooking, and traveling. As an Avid sports fan she is dedicated to supporting all of Minnesota’s sports teams.

As a member of the Administrative Services Team, Bonnie uses her experience in client service and project management to develop processes in increasing efficiencies to supporting portfolio management. Bonnie works across multiple departments at Stonebridge to assist our compliance team.

She is passionate about local non-profit organizations. Bonnie nominated Small Sums as Stonebridge’s Community Partner 2002–2024 and identified Emerge Mothers Academy for Financial Planning Associations charity of the year. Bonnie is an active board member of the Financial Planning Association of Minnesota, heading the Membership Committee. She is also a key team member of the Executive Woman’s Council through the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce.

Bonnie stays deeply connected with her community through local high school and middle school athletics and music programs, hosting foreign exchange students, and volunteering with organizations that support people experiencing homelessness. When Bonnie is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pets and working on home improvement projects.
