Over 25 years ago, the financial services industry was vastly different. Passive portfolio management existed, client services were less customized, and building strong client relationships was deprioritized. Our firm’s founders recognized this and decided a change was needed.

Serving high net worth individuals, families, nonprofits, and institutions, we connect with our clients to understand their unique financial needs. Meet the Team

Derrick Watson, National Sales Director

Derrick is the National Sales Director, member of the Marketing Team and Southwest Regional Sales Team Lead. He is responsible for relationship management in the Southwest region of the country, partnering with high net worth clients, institutions, family offices and advisors to develop customized investment strategies.

Derrick is a founder and former Director of the Colorado Lungs4life non-profit association and is an active member of the Financial Planners Association. When he is not hard at work helping to build the reputation and visibility of Stonebridge in the Denver, Colorado area, Derrick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and taking part in outdoor activities including golfing, hiking and volunteering with local charities


Aimie Marsh, Administrative Coordinator

As Stonebridge’s Administrative Coordinator, Aimie Marsh brings years of multi-faceted experience and business acumen to her role. Working directly with the Sales, Marketing, and Client Relations & Operations teams, she helps develop and implement optimal proposal management processes. An avid member of the Denver team, Aimie’s responsibilities are centered on helping effectively streamline projects and actively assisting in client relationship building. She brings over 18 years of experience from working for a large-project manufacturing and distribution company, to solely owning and operating a small business – serving over 75 clients!

For 20 years, she has been volunteering with multiple organizations, including Autism Speaks and Child Find, whose mission is to provide therapy for families who are unable to afford autism treatment. Outside of work, Aimie loves spending time with her 4 children and the rest of her family. Together, they enjoy spending time in Boulder and attending various arts and theatre events, including visiting museums and seeing immersive and interactive art exhibits.


Brett Miller, Senior Wealth Advisor, AIF®

Brett joins Stonebridge with nearly 15 years of experience dedicated to delivering exceptional service while cultivating enduring relationships with his clients. As a Senior Wealth Advisor, he draws from financial and hospitality backgrounds, creating a sturdy foundation for his financial planning. Brett empowers his clients to safeguard their financial destinies and by helping them align their finances with their most important priorities. Brett is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF® ), which aligns with his philosophy to always put his clients’ interests first.

Outside of finance, Brett serves his community as Board President of The Mile High Club of Denver (established 1902), Board member of The Glendorn Foundation (established 1953) and a strong contributor to The Morgan Adams Foundation. His passion for pediatric cancer research and dedication to the community are evident. In addition to professional and philanthropic work, Brett lives in Denver with his wife and young son and dog. Brett also has a passion for drag racing, holding multiple records and magazine features spanning two decades.

To Brett, simplicity is sophistication. He offers clear financial roadmaps, bridging intentions and actions. Brett’s mission centers on helping clients transition from passive hopes to active, purposeful financial planning, ensuring legacy and prosperity.
