When I hear some investment managers talk about tax-sensitive investment management it usually means, they are sensitive to your tax needs and will buy tax-exempt bonds or tax-exempt bond funds, and viola there you go. Often times they go on managing your portfolio with no concern for your overall tax-efficient asset management. So, what does holistic tax-efficient asset management really mean?
